Tape Measure Primer Logbook publishes guides and takes no enquiries, which this page exists to say plainly.

Accuracy Over Time

Published guidance is reviewed and amended over time. Standards change, materials are discontinued, and prices move, and a guide that has not kept up is actively misleading rather than merely stale.

Hiring Well

Hiring well is mostly a matter of comparing like with like. Local licensing records, trade association listings, and quotes from more than one established firm with references that can be checked.
